How to
order
Warwick Crystal Designs
is part of Living Designs co uk Ltd and products are sold online using the
secure, approved online payment facilities of Living Designs co uk Ltd,
supported by Lloyds TSB and Protx.
Note - All prices are in UK pounds and INCLUDE packing and delivery in
the UK. Please see this page for shipment costs to other countries.
Except for very small items, UK orders are delivered by recorded post
- or heavier items are sent by special carrier. In all
cases the UK packing and delivery costs are FREE.
Deliveries to other Countries are by airmail.
Using the
Shopping Basket
To
order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item. You can
change the quantity before you click.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the shopping basket
page which shows the items ordered and prices. You can review the contents of
the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on any showroom
page.
You
can always remove an item - or change quantity - from the shopping basket by
changing the quantity shown (change to zero if you want to delete the item
completely) then press the 'recalculate' button.
You
can choose to continue shopping or go to the secure payments pages. When you
have finished your order press the 'go to payments' button on the shopping
basket page.
Credit/Debit card payment is on secure SSL encrypted pages. Most major
credit/debit cards accepted.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of
receipt email almost immediately and a further email when the order is
despatched.
To order by telephone or fax
Just advise the item reference numbers and your card
details.

You can also order by letter post
Just list the reference numbers and brief descriptions of the items
required. Payment by credit or debit card or cheque/PO payable to 'Living

ORDERING FROM THE UK

ORDERING FROM OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
We
add a single amount of 20 UK Pounds to each order (whatever size) to cover
shipping and packing costs. This is added to the total figure shown in the
shopping basket.
We
then charge your credit card in UK Pounds - your Bank will convert to your
currency at the current rate, which ensures you are only charged the correct
amount. Orders are shipped by airmail.
We
do ask for a minimum order of 8 UK pounds due to credit card and bank
charges.

 ORDERING FROM THE USA
We
add a single amount of 25 UK Pounds to each order (whatever size) to cover
shipping and packing costs. This is added to the total figure shown in the
shopping basket.
We
then charge your credit card in UK Pounds - your Bank will convert to US
Dollars at the current rate, which ensures you are only charged the correct
amount.
For
information, the current rate is approx 1 UK Pound=1.5 US Dollars.
To
order, just add your selections to the shopping basket, and place the order via
the secure SSL system. To get an approximate final total in US Dollars,
add 25 UK Pounds to the shopping basket total, then multiply by 1.5. Orders are
shipped by airmail.
